The Quality Assurance Department of the company is replete with well-equipped, electrical, mechanical, and chemical laboratories. Quality Experts carry our tests, like conductor and insulation resistance tests, tensile tests, ageing tests, annealing tests, and high voltage tests, amongst various others.
  The Classification of tests is as under
Type Tests
Conducted on samples from each production lot.
Acceptance Tests
Conducted on randomly selected samples from every manufactured lot.
Routine Tests
Conducted on each and every length of the cable. Various other additional tests are also conducted on the cables. Some of these include smoke density and flammability tests, acid gas emission tests, and oxygen and temperature index tests.
